LingPerfect Translations is currently an ISO 9001:2015 certified language service provider, with a commitment to providing accurate results within tight timeframes. Our ISO certification is a guarantee that LingPerfect’s services are safe, reliable and of high quality. We have demonstrated a strict adherence to high quality standards at every level of our organization, in order to provide the highest level of quality assurance at every stage of a project.
To ensure the highest levels of accuracy and speed, LingPerfect has developed our quality management system, QualityPerfect. The system identifies non-visible information to verify its inclusion in the translation and validates formatting consistency to maintain contextual cues from the original document. Each document passes through the QualityPerfect system prior to final delivery.
Under the terms of LingPerfect’s ISO 9001:2015 certification, QualityPerfect evaluates all internal personnel on a project-by-project basis. Customer satisfaction is rated through regular surveys and routinely scheduled check-ins. Issues resulting in client disatisfaction or other problems, initiate a Corrective Action Report for deeper analysis.
For all projects, LingPerfect can provide certificates of translation accuracy, which are signed and notarized by the project coordinator. One certificate is provided for each source file, naming each source and target language, and confirming their accuracy. Digital copies will be provided within 24-hours of project delivery and hard copies can be mailed upon request. There is no additional cost.
LingPerfect has two preferred tools for managing client relationships—LingDirector and Zoho. Each of these tools has different systems for file handoff and delivery; version control; quoting and invoicing; metric tracking; reporting and other relationship management features. Each can be configured to allow for multiple requesters on the client’s end to interact with LingPerfect’s sole point of contact. Both tools can be demonstrated during the RFP process, or during a kick-off meeting at time of contract award, allowing client to select the platform that works best for their needs.
LingPerfect also relies on LingReviewer, a Translation Memory and Translation Management platform for all of its translations. This platform can be configured to allow access to client reviewers and in-house linguists, sharing of TMs, monitoring of real-time word counts and project completion rate, and other metrics.
LingPerfect’s Computer Assisted Translation/Translation Memory platforms are adept at identifying programming language, and other non-translatable content—externalizing it to prevent errors. Only team members trained in localization engineering have access to code and other programming data. Linguistic teams can only see and access content that’s being translated.
